The tory bloggers are yelling this morning about the soft on crime liberals. The SUN, in it's usual method of giving half the info, spoon feeding so that those with a grade 6 education can sort of understand it, of course makes it sound like th liberals have totally stalled th bill for months on end, with no solution in sight.
