Sound familiar?

Once again, we can witness another conservative government, who gets into office, with grandiose plans of tax cuts, and balanced budgets. How people are stupid enough to believe that one can expect the same level of services, and not have to pay for them, is simply astounding. But anytime a conservative government gets elected, you know that somehow, they were able to snow voters into thinking that it's possible, and the only thing stopping it is those damn lefties. Once again, we have conservatives, just like in Ontario, handing piles of dough to corporations, a few trinkets to the lower / middle class ( you and me ), still run a big deficit, and need to sell crown assets in order to not go completely bankrupt. (remember the 407 for example?)

Now we read how everything is being considered for the chopping block, even the CBC! My. Now wouldn't that be the dream of all hard righteous right conservatives. Except that, that, could very well be Harper's biggest mistake. Though conservatives likely think that all Canadians would totally be on board with that. They would be as arrogant as that wouldn't they. It would be almost theatre, to watch that one unfold.
