I had to laugh when brainless blogger Unhyphenated Fuckup did his usual cut an paste from a post from right girl. Her (it?) last words were, "you make us look bad".

This twit can't even string more than 5 words together, so he (or it we're not sure) can only copy and paste. So in it's latest Harper ass lick extravaganza where he cut and pasted Harper's list of accomplishments, I asked if he could provide which of the recent conservative governments, balanced the books. He couldn't answer the question.

It makes all the sense in the world that the Harper tories would gear their advertising to those with the IQ of a guppy.

As the trash piles up here in the city of Toronto, insects, rodents, and resident tempers are rising as we reach the 3rd week of the strike. Most of the people I talk to here in Toronto pretty have the attitude of, "fuck the union, let them rot before we give them what they want. Most of us are fighting to keep our jobs never mind have 18 sick days a year to bank". I feel pretty much the same way. On my street, it doesn't help that the guys who do the pickup here a rude, foul mouthed assholes, who regularly throw the bins all over the street, twice breaking the green bin so I had to replace it. I told one of them to stop throwing the green bin like that and I was told to "fuck off".

Right then. Fuck off is right.

Near the beginning of the strike, McGuinty said he wasn't going to legislate them back. I say let's start putting our garbage next to McGuinty's house. Maybe that lame do nothing premier might get the message about then eh?

Think back to the days that followed 9/11, the questions that arose as to why, the Bush administration, did nothing with the intelligence it had regarding the attack on the twin towers. Bush had been in office longer than Obama is now, and we were pretty much stonewalled with, "It's all Clinton and those lefty's fault!"

Bush inherited a balanced budget, much lower debt, (an understatement) no serious crisis as he took office, and the neo cons refuse to accept any blame, whatsoever, for any fumbling of the ball in dealing with the threats they received prior to 9/11.

For months now, pretty much weeks into Obama's administration taking power, we have been treated to shrill cries of the threat of socialism, the massive bungling of handling the financial crisis, and now his failure in dealing with the threats that NK and Iran poses.

It's utterly astounding, how these brainless fools, could completely forget that Bush, had 8 YEARS to deal with all of this, and completely FAILED to address ANY of it at all! And, left us with the most incredible financial meltdown, in America's history! (oh and somehow the righteous right would like you to believe that somehow this was the fault of a democrat government 8 YEARS ago!).

Bell are liars

Ok off politics for a minute, I have a rant.

How the fuck does Bell stay in business? I've lost count now, how many times they've lied to me, tried to fuck me over and overcharge me by hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

I used to deal with them for my business services, their business department was supposed to be better. Well when I moved my business to a new location, going almost 3 weeks without phones, or internet, having me stay until 9 pm for weeks waiting for an installer who never showed up, isn't 'better service'. Oh, and they insist on charging incredible connection fees, even though the service, would bankrupt any other company. I decided after that that they can shove it, and switched to Rogers business enterprise service, (who knew they had that?), when I returned the internet modem, they insisted I didn't, even though I had the post office stamp to verify it's return (their requirement), and continued to bill me the 300 dollars for it, and threatened my business with collection if I didn't pay.

Fucking asswipes.

I recently bought a house, and had my phone scheduled to move (Bell again!). I had the installer scheduled to be here 5pm to 9pm on the day I moved in. We all were here from 1pm on, the moving company left at 3:30pm, and we sat here, waiting until almost 11pm before we decided no one was coming and went to bed. We ordered pizza because we didn't want to go out and miss the Bell guy (!). The next morning, I called, and the lady said, oh, the installer was there, and said no access to premises! No access to premises! What, is he stupid? Knock on the fucking door asshole! Then they informed me they couldn't do an evening install, I would have to wait, all day at home, for the installer. Or wait all week for the weekend for a day.

Like I was going to believe them again. I cut them off.

So just when I thought I had rid my life of the scourge that is Bell. My business is growing, I have 2 new people. I'm now looking at hiring possibly another web developer. I need more phone lines. So I call Rogers, and order new phone lines. You would think, in 2009, one could get one, in like 2 weeks or so. Well it's been almost 3. I call, and apparently, they're waiting on a bell installer, to make the install since they use bell lines. Greeeeaaaat. Then he informs me, that the bell installer, ahd already been, and wouldn't you know it, he said..... "no access to premises".

Well. I'm located in one of those renovated old buildings on Spadina on the first floor, my suite number is in big white numbers on the door, and we are -always- there.

Lying fucking scumbags.

Didn't tax payers at some point help fund those phone lines?

The delusions of Harper that Canadians are more conservative, or was it, going to become more conservative, isn't going so well. Some of the tory bloggers, like Flaggman gleefully wrote endlessly about the collapse of the left, how inevitable that the righteous triumph of the right, is nigh. Looking south, it seems to me the right has just about disintegrated. Now they are calling the democrats, the 'tyranny' that must be fought. It has become the comedy shows greatest gift. Jon Stewart is having a field day with them.

Todays Globe and mail article has this line,

So, now Harper has seen a dramatic failure in Quebec, and Ontario, now shows a big swing to the liberals. I'm guessing we're going to start seeing those tory attack ads. I'm also guessing, that while they may have been effective with Dion the last time, they just may backfire with Canadians this time round, and Iggy will pull the plug. At least, it would be nice to see Herr Harper humbled somewhat, and try to lead as a minority as he was elected. Despite the fact that the pompous tories can't even imagine such a thing. And that very well may be, their downfall.

Well it's been a few days since I asked Unhyphenated what Harper did that could compare to balancing the feds books and paying down a significant amount of debt, reducing our interest payments. I mean, he did ask what the liberals did in 13 years, so since he was likely brain dead for those years, I thought I would remind him of, you know, what every half wit in this country would know.

He did seem excited about Harper and Co. making more funds available to the unemployed, though well, heh, the fact that there is a healthy EI, well, wasn't Harper's doing either.

I still haven't gotten an answer to what exactly Harper has done. Given UC's nose is so far up Harper's ass, I would have guessed he'd have jumped at that one. But I guess even he, wasn't able to step up to that one.

Can you just imagine having had the right wing lunatics like Harper in power the last 2 terms? We'd be fucked like the US who did have 2 terms of right wing rule. Bloggers like Unhyphenated and others are still, desperately trying to blame the democrats for the mess, even though the dems weren't in power for almost a decade.
